We understand that plans change. Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus the booking deposit. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before departure forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of departure are subject to a 50% charge. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers (SEPA / SWIFT) and PayPal. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due no later than 60 days before your departure date. We can also arrange instalment payment plans for bookings made more than 90 days in advance — please ask our team for details.

Travel insurance is not included in our standard tour packages, but we strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance before travelling to the United Kingdom. As a non-EU country post-Brexit, the UK requires visitors to pay for NHS treatment unless a bilateral health agreement applies. We can recommend trusted insurance providers upon request. Please ensure your policy covers trip cancellation, medical expenses and personal liability.
